(May 21st, 2008)

We said good-bye to our favourite nurse (Karen) to head for home. The nurses took their turns holding Griffin for the last time.

We managed to get Griffin safely in the car, maybe not the most comfortable ride he will ever have. Try as we might, we could not get his head straighter.

Home safely. He went home at a big 5lbs 12oz, but still looks so tiny in his car seat.

A toast to the boy! Gramma, pappa and great gramma and grandpa came over for a glass of champagne. The sleepless nights begin, but we look forward to the challenges ahead.

Woohoo! It must feel good to be home. I'm happy for you guys!
Congratulatons! Welcome Griffin to the world of being a bridge and tunnel baby ;-) Not that you will be worried about that for quite some time.
So glad to here all is well and that Griffin is home. He is really getting up there 5 lbs 12 ounces. Seems so tiny but yet so big when you think what he was when he was born. i am so happy for you both.
